The LA based band is starting to get huge buzz from their energetic live shows and sophisticated Pavement-esq songs. With the release of their debut album (second as the bands name, first with the new members), "Blacklist the Kid With the Red Mustache" the band presents clanging guitars that rip through the speakers while front man Joey Siara tops it off with political/metaphorical/nonsensical lyrics. From the absurd to the beautiful, track after track the band just makes you smile and want more. Not only are they a great band, but great people, one of us being a previous roommate of the band and the other directing their first music video, we can openly say that we wish the Henry Clay People the best and even without our wishes they will be on your iPOD soon.
