Because everyone on the internet loves kittehs. "I Will" leads a triumphant return for Sebadoh, who will release Defend Yourself this week, their first record since 1999's The Sebadoh. The video is a nostalgic little trip, using a bunch of handwritten lyrics and a composition book, which was, like, original livejournal, y'all. It's hard not to get nostalgic about this record especially as Lou Barlow's voice seems to generate that kind of unmanifestable yearning for simpler days it's clear resonance only made better by the band kicking in and rocking in a straight-forward and profound way.
