THE NATIONAL (2011 March Music Madness Champions)

UPDATE:  We reached out to The National for an acceptance speech and they sent:

They outlasted the 64 band/artist field to be crowned the 2011 March Music Madness champions.  Along the way they beat Stars, The Strokes, Phoenix, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Fleet Foxes, and Sufjan Stevens.  That's a tough road, but The National, with your help, takes home the fourth annual contest to join Radiohead, Animal Collective, and Arcade Fire as winners of WLFY's favorite online music event. I know how they like wine, so I'm raising a glass of red, congratulations guys.
